Here's the condo to choose if you need a fenced yard and want some privacy. Located on a nicely treed and landscaped corner of a cul-de-sac in an East Anchorage residential neighborhood, this small project doesn't have that apartment living feel. From the street you would not know these are condominiums: they look like individual duplexes.
