With hardwood floors through the upper level and the elegant stair, here's a home with style in a great setting! There's a greenbelt reserved for the course of a creek behind, check the photos below.
Sunlight floods through the west-facing windows in the living and dining rooms, and the kitchen. There's a wrap-around deck across the front of the home: you could work on your tan there.
The sellers have moved to a larger home and have gone to considerable expense to improve the interior to make it finance-ready. They installed new hardwood flooring and repainted the interior for you, too. Download the information package for all the details, including the disclosure and copies of work orders that have been accomplished.
The furnace has been checked out and a new heat exchanger insures many more years of reliable service.
Note the sound system through the interior. Play your favorite tapes and control the sound anywhere in the home.
This is an outstanding location within the Anchorage bowl. New major retail centers are only about a mile down the street and the Dimond Center is on the other side of Seward Highway. It's only about a 10-15 minute ride to the main commercial centers of downtown and midtown Anchorage.
