Full-sized duplexes such as this one are not common in Anchorage. They don't come on the market often, either. This opportunity will attract multiple offers, I believe to judge from calls coming to me shortly before the property made it to market. All bidders will have a final opportunity to give their highest-and-best prior to selection of the winner.
One side of the duplex appears to be in very good condition, with evidence of remodeling. The other side has stained carpets, dirty walls and some minor deferred maintenance. While no one has done an inspection with licensed inspectors, the property does not appear to have much seriously wrong with it.
