Heat is provided by wall-mounted heaters in the living rooms, an apparent retrofit of what originally was probably electric heat. The baseboard heaters are operational in the other rooms. A departing tenant told me she didn't use them, that the wall heater was sufficient. I pass this along "for what it is worth," of course since there is no way to verify any of that now in the summer.
The zoning here is R-1 which is normally for single family residences only. The MOA furnished me a non-conforming use determination from 1970 which is in the information package. It's up to you to use this as a starting point if you want to confirm that the building has grandfather rights.
