Update September 24: buyer backed out after having the home off-market for over a month. Home is back on the market. Copy of inspection report is in the package, and last-year's inspection from when these sellers purchased it. Bid approved 9/24 to address Health and Life Safety issues identified in the 2010 report.

This couple purchased this home as bank foreclosure needing a lot of work! They have done all the right things. The home has a new roof, new heating system. The entire interior and exterior have been repainted. Carpets have been replaced. There's new trim where needed, new light fixtures, window coverings, tile in the master bath, and a new jetted tub, shower and toilet there, with a double vanity. The garage door opener is new. The home is turnkey, appliances stay, including the new dryer. Landscaping has been improved, trees have been trimmed.

It's an altogether different home!

There's a lot of room here. It's a true five bedroom home, with all the bedrooms being very large. The master bedroom suite has walk-in closet, a storage area under the attic roof, a now-elegant master bath because of the remodel. The bedroom itself is enormous, check out the photos.

The kitchen was remodeled in recent years. It has a nice clean look with light birch cabinetry of good quality.
