This south Anchorage fourplex is in the Jewell Lake area. The lots are very generous, over 11,000 square feet in this case. This minimizes crowding. One can expect these units to rent in the upper tier of two-bedroom fourplexes. Each unit has a fireplace. There are separate heating systems for each unit, enabling the landlord to pass to the tenant the gas bill for heat and hot water.
The units are in "pretty good" condition cosmetically. There is a significant amount of deferred maintenance. Please refer to inspection reports in the information package for details.
One boiler has been replaced. All the units are winterized.
