This is a very nice end unit condo that backs on Chester Creek. Open the window of the larger bedroom upstairs to hear and see the creek (there's a photo below that I took from that room). Sit on the deck in the small enclosed back yard with the creek just on the other side of the fence.
Unfortunately there's extensive mold damage on the walls of several room. A contractor bid to remediate it per EPA standards for $1600 is in the package. The seller has the bid under consideration in the context of an offer that will be considered September 8. If you are mold-sensitive we encourage you not to enter the unit.
